The Solas School of Irish Dancing offers Irish dancing classes for girls and boys of all ages and abilities in Peterborough and Corby. Students learn traditional and modern Irish dancing in both light and heavy shoes,
and also learn céilí or team dances, all in a friendly and inclusive class atmosphere. Our dancers have many opportunities to compete at feiseanna and to complete Irish dancing grade exams if desired.
Classes are taught by Lindsay Rees TCRG and Ray Chambers TCRG. We work hard to give every student the knowledge, skills and support they need to reach their full potential in Irish dance, whether it be for competition or just for fun. Lindsay and Ray are fully insured and CRB/DBS checked in accordance with the rules of the governing body, An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha, and Lindsay is first aid qualified too.
New starters are welcome throughout the year – use the contact us page to get in touch for further information.
Classes are welcome to both boys and girls and we start teaching from age 4 upwards. If you would like to get in touch, you can use the contact page and we will aim to respond to you as soon as we can.
